2. Monitoring the equupment and machinery at site a dif they fulfill all the safety requirements and monitoring their maintenance when it is required.

5. Giving safety toolbox talks courses to the workers in:
The proper and safe way of using the machinery and tools
First aid
What to do in case of fire (fire safety)
Lifting material
Crane operators safe use of care
Proper storage of materials
Safe scaffolding
6. Maintaining Updated records of all safety certificates of the cranes, hoists, passenger lifts & cradles etc.,
7. Checking the entire site yard and the fence around the site that it is secured and has proper shape and view.
8. Controlling the process of loading and unloading.
9. Checking all shafts and openings at site and making sure that they are well protected.
10. Checking the guard railing around building in all the floors that it safe and well fixed.
11. Fixing warning signs in the site yard and in the building.
12. Checking the validity of extinguisher and make sure that they are in the suitable and reachable place.
13. Inspecting the scaffolding at site and make sure that they are safe.
14. Maintaining good Housekeeping during all phases of operation.
15. Implementing permit-to-work system.
