My responsibilities cover the following:
- Review the monthly variance analysis for the previous, actual and budgeted results and submitting my recommendations to the top management.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, and statutory organizations.
- Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, and partners.
- Providing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Setting the group financial policies.
- Contributing in the group legal and operational restructuring.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Provide financial support for special projects in the group level.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements to be shared with senior management.
- Preparing the actuarial calculation for the whole Group entities as per IAS (19) “Employee benefits”.
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
My responsibilities covered the following audit phases:
• Planning phase: Assessing transactions streams, internal control environment, audit risk, and participating in developing overall audit strategy.
• Fieldwork phase: Leading audit team, and participating in execution of audit plans.
• Reporting phase: Concluding audit of financial statements, notes and supplementary schedules and appropriateness of presentation& disclosure to be matched with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and Saudi Accounting standards as per Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).
My responsibilities cover the following audit phases:
