Main role to save the quality, flavor
Follow up the Preparations for all kitchen sections (cold, hot, BBQ, dessert, sandwiches).
Coordinate the line. Reading, organizing, the orders, building a teamwork bridge.
Preparing timesheet for cooks, stewards, according functions, and weekends.
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
Checkup & follow up staff hygiene (personal, work place).
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.
Preparing and mise en place for hot section
Preparing daily staff meal for lunch and dinner.
Receiving of materials (raw materials, vegetables, fruits, etc.…).
