Responsibilities include:
• Create a strategic plan to set targets by industry and geography.
• Visit existing & new customers to understand individual End User & market requirements.

• Use individual End User feedback to plan approaches to other target customers, developing a recorded customer & market strategy.
• Develop reporting which prepares the department for International business development.
• Pursuing market information, identifying key growth areas and sizing competition.
• Document competitors' activities and assess potential market moves.
• Preparing weekly reports and maintain sales forecasting reports.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

Responsibilities include:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
• Developing and growing long-term relationships with existing clients
• Plan, develop and initiate aftermarket strategies to manage and grow the aftermarket business.
• Develop and execute sales strategies relevant to the market opportunities.
• Effectively explore alternatives and positions to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements that gain customer's acceptance and commitment. Key responsibilities include identifying negotiation points, collaborating to resolve differences, building support for preferred alternatives, and managing situations to achieve desired results.
• Communicate requirements for order fulfillment to sourcing and operations.
• Pursuing market information, identifying key growth areas and sizing competition.
• Document competitors' activities and assess potential market moves.
• Provide competitive analysis detailing competition and their strategies, positioning, pricing, and carrying out product and packages comparisons, and suggesting ways to improve our competitive ability and keeping our lead distance in the market; also reporting immediately to management on any problems related to our products and / or services.

Responsibilities include:
• Provide customized solutions for clients in industries that include oil and gas production, fertilizers, chemical, petrochemical, refining and liquid natural gas (LNG), both on new construction and retrofits on existing equipment.
• Conducting business development meetings at Clients premises throughout the assigned territory
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain NATCOM’s solutions and services to customers and prospective customers and demonstrating how the product solutions meet client needs.
• Preparing weekly reports to direct supervisors on progress and maintain sales forecasting reports - 30/60/90 day forecast (provide review of sales funnel on monthly basis).
• Managing and interpreting customers daily requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
• Developing and growing long-term relationships with existing clients
• Conduct site surveys to acquire all the needed technical data for new projects.
• Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.

• Responsible for overview of all the commissioning works of 5 turbo compressor (GE PGT 25+ Aeroderivative) & 3 Gas Generator (Siemens SGT-300), instrumentation and control system according to the P&ID.
• Supervise and planning of cold commissioning activities including transmitter calibration and signal checks to the control system.
