• Created a new menu for the hotel with the cost and profit for each item.
• Fiche Technique for each plate in the hotel.
• Control any missing item in the daily bar inventory.
• Memos and Warning to employees that doesn’t follow the hotel’s rules and regulations.
• Manage the month-end process, detect and analyze any differences in stock or budget.
• Monthly report to the owners concerning all the expenses of the hotel (cost) and the net profit.
• Interviews with new applicants for the available positions of Room Service, Reception and Kitchen.
• Selection of 2 of these applicants which were very accurate as they are performing a great job since 3 months.
• Training new and old staff and ameliorate their weak points.
• Keep all applicant records and CVs in case of an emergent replacement of an employee
