Responsibilities;
▪ Managing Premier customer portfolio through receiving their requests, complaints in addition to the main
task to diversification their funds in a short term and long-term investment.
▪ Drive and deliver sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling, cross
selling of Barclays Premier and SMEs products & services through acting as an advisor to Premier and
SMEs clients with high potential into becoming Barclays clients.
▪ Maintain a sales performance statistics for management information usage.
▪ Achieve set target and revenue goals via the combination of customers’ acquisition and relationship
widening, growing network of clients through using diverse sources.
▪ Follow the Premier & SMEs end-to-end account opening processes that ensuring new accounts are
authorize and KYC complaint.
▪ Ensure compliance with operation risk & rig our requirements e.g. Health & Safety Standards and security
of premises.
▪ Understand the retail and corporate network business and operating procedure through knowledge of
operating instruction and audit requirements.
▪ Assist in recruiting to fill labor gaps.
▪ Delegated form the Branch manager for all his responsibilities and his authority in his absence (Acting as
Branch Manager for 6 months 2014)
▪ Achieve operational rig our excellence in all aspects of procedures and processes undertaken to ensure
satisfactory audit.
▪ Implement and monitor the operational risk management guidelines for the branch working with the
operational rigors co-coordinator to identify and resolve weakness and issues.
▪ Support the Senior Management and resource coordinator in the management of the cluster Premier &
SMEs needs.
▪ Create an empowering environment and tools for my colleague to encourage individual ownership,
initiative and challenge of the status and quo.
▪ Helping and maintaining the cash team in sorting and bundling the cash.
▪ AML and Complaint Champion.
▪ Headhunting for good candidates and make the first interview for them.
▪ Train the branch new colleagues on Barclays Systems, Products, Policies, and Sales Techniques.
▪ Managing branch payroll companies.
Identifying prospect client and conducting sales visits to explore potential business opportunities by identifying their needs.
Conduct a full fact-finding and sales process with the customers to identify their needs for the insurance products.
Proposing and actively promoting solution based on company products and services that would satisfy identified needs.
Ensuring the clients fulfill all needed documents and medical examinations.

Follow up on the developments of clients’ needs and maintain good long terms relations with customers to ensure maximum clients satisfaction.
Ensure excellent feedback efficiency to customer queries.
Ensure excellent after sale service for all customers.
Coaching a sales team from 15 sales representatives.
Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff, according to company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed (appraisals, discipline, and grievance).
Develop ideas and create offers for direct sales force to major accounts by main market sector for NBO products.
Ensures that sales objectives and branch targets achieving for the team members through coaching, monitoring, and feedback.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
Plan and implement monthly plan strategy and activities consistent with overall aims and requirements of the organization.
Manage all staff reporting to the position to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor their activities.
Generate weekly performance and monthly reports for team subordinates.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

Carry out support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
