Inspect steel before blasting to determine rust grade and cleanliness of surface to applied suitable pre surface preparation, measuring ambient condition and surface temp., evaluate compressor (air cleanliness), surface preparation equipments, the abrasive cleanliness and measure its salts if required, determine surface preparation (cleanliness, surface profile and surface contamination) and check steel after blasting before painting to applied pre-treatment surface preparation if required, inspect application equipments and witness coating mixing, inspect coating application technique, determining WFT and DFT and paint consumption, evaluate cleanliness between coats, testing adhesion, curing and pinhole if required according to codes and client specs and paint manufacture, Moreover we inspect and check of insulation and refractory work according to SPECS and DWG.(Visual & Dimension), Make Reports & all documentation daily, weekly & monthly records and Safety precautions check, Prepare the procedure and method of Statement of painting and insulation works, also, prepare the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Visual inspection report(VIR), Make control of any Subcontractors by weekly & Monthly evaluation.
