I'm a MS Wireless senior Engineer in GSRC Dep. Global Support Resource Center
I act as managed service senior engineer for the new Wireless networks projects. This is a continuous maintenance activity that ensures optimum network performance, capacity and coverage that meets the set Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) targets, KPIs and network planning targets, SLA. The Back Office activities include: corrective maintenance (handling and troubleshooting network alarms), planned maintenance (planed actions, software upgrade, patch upgrade, hardware upgrade and interface maintenance), preventive maintenance (NodeBs, RNCs and M2000 server preventive maintenance) and operation and management support (support Front Office and field engineers as the second line support also support other teams like optimization team and rollout team).

Starting From Surveying the BSS Sites & Delivers the Equipments to the Configured Site, Passing Through Commissioning & Calibrating Equipments
After Finishing M/W Link Preparing The Site To Be On Air By Downloading The Site Database Then Check All Internal And External Alarms And Make Timeslot & Handover Tests To Enhance The Mobile Network By Making General Audit Of The Sites And Test The RF Cables By (Site Master) To Measure The VSWR Values And Enhance These Values By Fixing The Faulty Cables And Connectors In Addition To This I Made (TX & Rx) Recalibration For The Faulty Site In The Network To Enhance The Network Quality Parameters Like (Path Balance & Drop Call Rate & Handover&…. Etc) (All Equipment Is Motorola BSS Equipment).
Motorola BSS Equipments like (XCDR - BSC - BTS \[Mcell6, Horizon, Horizon 2, Macro and Micro Cell Arena) In Gsm900 and Dcs1800 Frequency Bands.
