Review production schedules, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services Figure out how to manufacture parts or products, or deliver services, with maximum efficiency Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient Enact quality control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs Work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards Confer with clients about product specifications, vendors about purchases, management personnel about manufacturing capabilities, and staff about the status of projects. Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production. Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production. Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals. Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability. Responsible for supervising industrial projects in Egypt, specially automotive factories and its suppliers, by checking production lines (body welding jigs - trim lines) and machines used for production. In addition to that, making technical opinions and reports about the production capacity, processes, and techniques, which used in those factories to qualify it for obtaining the industrial record certificate.
