1. Responsible on growing and developing existing clients and open new accounts.

2. Coaching and training newly hired staff on supervision work.

4. Handle customers’ complaints and provide solutions to their problems.
5. Perform different jobs related duties as assigned.

2. Sell the Vodafone and TE Data products and services
3. Up-sell value added services to customers
4. Handling vacation plans for the Outlet staff
5. Inventory control
6. Implementing worldwide standards of customer care, customer service, satisfaction
1. Briefing the representatives about our new products & services.
2. Receiving customers’ complains and solving it and follow up with the customers and feeding them back.
3. Communicating to other departments to solve the customers’ problems.
4. Familiarized with all the back office operations.
5. Up selling products and services that matching with customer’s needs.
