1-Supervising & guiding associated design engineers/draftsmen for their support in preparing of detailed engineering drawings.
2-Validating schematics of control & protection systems, LV switchgear design.
3-Scrutinizing the design output and reviewing Engineering documentation and get the drawing approval from client.
4-Design considering and developing of Low voltage switchgear projects.
5-Design with process, keeping parts and assembly costs to minimum, without compromising the integrity of the product or the project.
6-Reviewing technical proposals and resolving technical issues with customer/sales in order to prepare clear inputs for engineering activities.
7-Preparing the coordination study and short circuit study.
8-Experienced as a technical project leader or technical expert with a strong willingness to share knowledge and/or experience with coworkers driving projects to meet targets and deadlines.
9-Providing assistance and technical support to the tendering/estimation/sales procurement, manufacturing and testing.
10-Ensuring the finished product full BOM
Processing & verification of as built drawings & archive final documentation projects
1-Studying and analyzing, sales offer & the client’s entire project specification, drawings catalogs….etc.
2-Short circuit calculations & selectivity study.
3-Designing and generating the initial base design drawings, e.g. General Arrangement (showing front view, top view, foundation, Layout, overall dimension) Single line diagram and Three Line Diagram. For types of L.V switchboards.
4-Design Schematic Diagram for Control Circuit (ATS, MCC, Lighting circuit...etc.).
5-Prepare executive drawing to start manufacturing.
6-Prepare bill of materials (BOM).
1-Reviewing specification of order (Client & Sales offer).
2-Prepare primary & secondary drawing according to
Specification, these drawings include:
- Single Line Diagram.
- Panel View.
- Schematic Diagram for Control Circuit (ATS, MCC,
Lighting circuit...etc).
3-Design electrical panel board as:
- Water Treatment Station Panel.
- Sewage Station Panels.
- Residential Units Panels.
- Power Factor Correction Panels.
- MCC Panels.
- Transformer Panels.
- Fuse Box Panels.
- Pillar.
4-Prpare executive drawing to start manufacturing.
5-Prepare bill of materials (BOM).
-Design Indoor lighting
-Design General purpose and power socket circuits
-Design Air condition Circuits
- Voltage drop calculations
-Short circuit current calculation
-Choose the suitable cables and wires
-Design the distribution board
- Installing the indoor and out door luminaries and its circuit
-Installing the general purpose and power socket circuits
-Installing Air condition Circuits
-Installing the fire alarm system
