*Assisting in: Marketing and events, training, B.O.H, recruiting, budgeting, damaged items, V.M, loss prevention, stock take.
*Doing: CRM, KPI, ordering, I.A.Q, M.O.Q, categories training, customer experience, brand knowledge, customer service, appraisal, coaching, motivating and leading the team.

Inspect petroleum vessels entering and discharging in Lebanese territories as:
*BOL, permits, measuring quantity on board (Ullage/Dip) and take samples from each vessel tank to represent for lebanese government laboratories analysis, dying products during discharge operation, make after discharge calculations.
*On shore tanks measurments and calculations before and after discharge and raise reports for lebanese customs, buyer and seller about all operation procedures, quantity discharged/onboard, cost and time table.
*Setting up the service areas, customers care, coordinate with the management and the kitchen, deal with customers complains, dividing the team onto sections, checking the bar readiness, make sure that everyone hygiene and grooming is up to standards, solving problems, preparing schedules, dealing with customers reservations, pushing the team for up selling and cross selling.
