Managing group accounts in Dubai and Oman
Validate all financial transactions posted on the
accounts system including journal entries, purchase vouchers, Petty Cash vouchers, sales invoices, and payment vouchers to ensure accuracy of accounts.
▪ Analyze monthly bank statement and reconcile against cash transfers, cheques, etc.
▪ Manage accounts payables and its reconciliation with suppliers.
▪ Control floating cash and follow-up on petty cash statement.
▪ Monitor funds transfers from Egypt and reconcile with local finance team.
▪ Verify stock balance with suppliers with accounts system to ensure accuracy.
▪ Maintain agreed marketing budgets with suppliers and claim expenses for marketing activities.
▪ Monitor all accounts balances and ensure odd balances are written-off.
