1. RES preparation, execution and quality as per standards and procedures;
2. Administration of the RES activities and coordinates the work of auditors and supervisors
3. Meet operational standards (WBS, Global and/or Regional SOP)
4. Meet confidentiality standards (Panel Security SOP)
5. Prepares weekly and monthly reports from management information system
6. Monitor RES execution and analyse the information to ensure a proactive approach to reduce risks and meet operational and quality objectives
7. Maintain map library
8. Participate in new projects related with RES
9. Engage with MSCI and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with standards and SOP to maintain a high level of performance
10. Administer RES information databases
11. Training of new personnel on RES methodology, SOP, fieldwork and tools
12. Any other unmentioned activities related to RES
• Recruitment and selection of interviewers.
• Assist with the project preparations before fieldwork starts.
• Prepare and implement sampling procedures (starting points etc.).
• Do training sessions.
• Prepare the stimulus materials & send it to other cities.
• Ensure quality control procedures.
• Accompaniment percentage of interviews.
• Close supervision to monitor fieldwork.
• Review carefully all materials and fieldwork instructions received and to ensure that studies are carried out according to instructions.
• Prepare hand tabs and relevant office work.
• Inform team head as early as possible of any delays / problems during fieldwork.
• Preparing the survey log
• Egypt GCS (Confirmit & QPSMR) champion
• PIS, WebPIS & KPI’s champion.
• Nielsen Standards Guidelines for Questionnaire development champion.
-Update outlets plotting for all contracted outlets.
- Printing the needed plotted informative maps to help in routing sales reps. On regular bases.
-Doing buffering to ensure full coverage of area.
-Selecting outlets to continue Spread in the distribution of POS
- help in follow up for POS installation & marketing materials application
- Punching all information for the contracted outlets from the on boarding information.
-Send daily report to sales team with the last update and all information for the contracted outlets.
-Start to analysis transactions data with maps for each outlets & help in follow up with cash collection reports"
-Help in any pressing issues related to Sales operations to meet their requests & help in any urgent Administrative work.
