Planning, co-ordination, management, preparing reports and supervision of technical aspects of the construction phase.
Checking the deliverables to ensure achievement of quality standards.
Performed inspections of all building mechanical services which includes plumbing, HVAC, LPG, firefighting, Ro Plant, and
Sewage treatment plant.
Inspecting all the testing and commissioning stages for all services.
Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as
and when required.
Prepared surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at the site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if needed.
Reviewed all mechanical services shop drawings, material submittals and responding to request for information.

Project: RO plant -15000 m3/day
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project
team.
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, execution report and personnel performance and reporting on
the project's status.
Cooperating and communicating with the project director and other project participants to create more efficient project
methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
Manage project issues, risks, and actions.
Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Coordinate with external stakeholders.
Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
