• Accurately executed USD and foreign currency wire transfers to internal and outside companies using quantum and various banking systems. Executes all transfers in adherence to internal control.
• Managed the corporate intercompany loan portfolio including such functions recording and preparing loan document and journal entries, recording monthly interest accruals and reconciling monthly activity.

• Responsible for general voucher accounting entry, daily bank accounts reconciliation.
• To Ensure all the petty cash vouchers are accounted-i.e., timely & Correct booking of Employees Reimbursement claims as per standard operating processes as per company norms. Follow-up with the employees on weekly basis for timely claim submission for early clearance & timely travel advance adjustments
• Ensure prompt follow up of creditors where GRNs are made but invoices not received to ensure proper and accurate accounting of liabilities.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditors accounts ensuring that any discrepancies are highlighted, and issue raised with the supplier and /or purchase department for resolution.
• Effectively liaise with suppliers and staff to resolve issues regarding invoices and payments always working with in policies and procedures.
• Responding to any queries related to payables / Audit query resolution (statutory/Internal).
• Reviewing and preparing the month end close activities -Subledger account and main account.
• Examined letter of credit and trade documents for adherence to LC terms, Recording of Liabilities for issued letter of credit. Maintenance of Letter of credit records. Preparation of payment request as per payment terms.
• Initiating the process in bank portal for LC and BG issuance.
• Preparing Bank reconciliation on daily basis, preparing the adjusting journal entry to correct the appropriate general ledger accounts.
• Measuring and managing the transactions received to the company, reconciling payments and ensuring the accounting system reflects the correct entries, handling general ledger reconciliations, issuing receipts to customers on receipt of payments, performing day-today financial transactions such as verifying, calculating, and posting accounts receivable data, and generating month-end reports.
• Responsible for GL Reconciliation Accrued Term loan, Interest on Fixed deposit etc.
• Handling bank operations like YES Bank, HSBC and SBI Bank coordinating with them for all activities.
• Making foreign Remittance.
