I completed my graduation in Business Management from Bharathiyar University. I am now a consultant by profession. I took up the field of Soft-Skills training and specialized in the field of Self-Development Training and Coaching. Today, I have established myself as a leading Soft-Skill Training and Learning Solutions provider and consultant for various corporate, educational institutions and business organizations. My experience of more than 10 years includes Behavioral Training in Malaysia, Maldives and the Middle East.
My areas of expertise are Business and Life Skill Coaching, Behavioral Training Programs, Experiential Learning, Communicate to Connect and LeadHERship Program for women. My strengths are my creative communication, the ability to establish rapport with clarity and requisite liveliness through the session delivered to groups at all organization levels and diverse audience. I have adopted an appropriate style sensitive to the needs, feelings and emotions of others by paying undivided attention.
