Project Management:
1- Delivering all projects on time within budget and scope.
2- Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed and following the upcoming deals.
3- Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the projects.
4- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
5- Maintains the quality services by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
6- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7- Managing the project start and end date with the customer and all stakeholders.
8- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
9- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities.
10- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
11- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Outsourcing Management:
1- Ensure accurate resource availability and allocation.
2- Manages the current projects staff (outsourced Team).
Vendor Management:
1- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Doing this whilst supervising, directing & motivating teams of multidisciplinary contractors & employees.
Responsible for delivering IT Service against agreed SLAs, advising the customers and dealing with their Technical issues. Instructs customers on solving their problems. Responsible for managing the outsourcing technical team
Responsible for support the customer in All IT technical Issues and delivering the service in a professional way which increase the customer satisfaction and loyalty.
