• Responsible for smooth functioning and quality of utilities in two dairy plant factories.
• Improve the smooth operation and balancing of the Refrigeration and air conditioning unit’s.
• To Inspect, test, trouble shoot and install new or modified Ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Perform, repair, operation, maintenance and installation work of air conditioning (A/C and AHUs units).
• Supervise, overseeing and commissioning HVAC installation and prepare projects reports.
• Follow and monitor the activities done by contractors as per service contracts.
• Ensure and control the spare parts are ordered in time for preventive maintenance.
• Ensure the preventive maintenance schedules are maintained.
• Responsible for successful vertical startup of new projects on site with the factory KPI's.
• Timely implementation of technical projects, including costs and resource management.
• Responsible for submitting, operations and maintenance and close out process.
• Develop and control annual budget Capex and Opex for the utility sections together with the utility manger.
• Perform a wide variety of skilled tasks connected with repair and maintenance of buildings and fixtures.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing people on a wide range of tasks.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of documentation, standards, guidelines, develop, operate according to SOPs and safety policies.
Projects and improvements activities:
• Upgrading the old chilled water system in dairy factory no.1 with new Ammonia/Glycol system composed of: 4 SABROE reciprocating compressors, 2 Karsu evaporative condensers, 2 PHE and Glycol buffer tanks.
• Improvement the old glycol system in dairy factory no.2 with new extension Ammonia/Glycol system composed of: 4 MYCOM screw compressors, 2 Karsu evaporative condensers, 2 PHE and Glycol buffer tanks.
• Design and Upgrade the old steel glycol lines networks in the two plants with new modified stainless steel ones.
• Upgrade, Install two new Karsu Evaporative condensers instead of two old leakage Baltimore ones.
• Upgrade/Change 4 old Baltimore evaporative condensers leakage ammonia coils with new ones.
• Supervise, install of new ammonia CLAUGER cooling tunnel.
• Supervise, install of 4 new screw Atlas-Capco air compressors- 720 lit/sec- one.
• Supervise, install of two new AL-BABTAIN steam boiler- 5000 kg/hr.- one
• Supervise, install of new one RO plant-1200 m3/day.
• Supervise, overseeing and commissioning more than 50 split AC package units (HVAC).
• Install more than 20 Gunter AHUs for improvement the floor temperature inside the plants.

 8 HALL Screw Compressors.
 4 MYCOM Screw Compressors.
 20 Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE).  4 GRASSO Screw Compressors
 8 SABROE Reciprocating Compressors.
 20 Evaporative Condensers (Baltimore and Karsu).
 Complete 6 systems of Glycol.  Complete one system of Chilled water.
• In addition to their loads (Processing pasteurizers, PHEs, UHTs, Cooling tunnels and Fresh Storages).

• Install, Supervise and commissioning more than 25 Gunter AHUs units (HVAC).

• Responsible for smooth functioning and quality of utilities (water, steam, compressed air, cooling and HVAC).
• To Inspect, test, trouble shoot and install new or modified Ammonia refrigeration system composed of 4 reciprocating MYCOM compressors, 2 evaporative condensers, 2 blast freezers, 1 Frozen storage, 1 fresh storage and complete air conditioning system.
• To carry out Preventive and Corrective Maintenance for rotating and static equipment’s such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, fire tube boilers, production lines.
• Responsible for the plant and equipment maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts.
• Having to scrutinize technical mechanical problems and follow corrective procedures to fix the problem and avoid recurrence.
• Responsible for coordinating and planning daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure that the right spare parts are available.
• Prepared monthly reports for senior managers.
