Process chief engineer:( EDUnit )& reforming units and CRU
Process engineer :for the Technical department in charge for the Reforming unit and LPG units,
I achieved the regeneration of the catalyst with buyer UOP vendor
Process engineer: Paraxyene recovery unit, Xylene Isomerisation orthoxylene & metha xylene

Process Engineer: Rehabilitation and adaptation project of sonatrach Skikda refinery with
EPC SAMSUNG ENGINEERING, overseas mission in south korea my responsibilities
included engineering details of rehabilitation and adaptation project of skikda refinery.
this mission is included as below: SIL &HAZOP recommendation for all units
IM “instrument modernization” for all units from pneumatics system to DCS system
(YOKOGAWA CS-3000), to make P&ID’s, PFD’s and Datasheet corrections, make comments for units including utilities units
(Boilers, ETP, DM, N2 CRU, CWT)
- Participate in manual operating of all units.
- 3D modeling meetings for units: utilities and offsite units, gas plant units, crude oil units,
Aromatics recovery units.
- Participate in the reception of equipments: vessels, columns, heat exchangers and Chemicals
Catalysts like activate carbon and alumina…..
- Pre-commissioning phase: follow all pre-commissioning procedures like hydrostatic test and
Cleaning part” including air blowing, pig cleaning, leak test…” and to inspect all these parts as
supervisor.
- Commissioning phase: attend units test run and start up, perfomance test.
Attended with PROJETTIITALIA the Pre-test run and Test run of Vacuum unit in
the sonatrach skikda refinery.
I used ULTRASON instrument for measurement of the real parameters like Temperature;
pressure
and viscosity and flow rate also thickness and diameters.
Resolved many problems at the refinery, especially LPG Unit, Cooling Tower; network’s cooling tower, etc.
I followed chemicals analyze for cooling tower’s refinery because it has many problems
With hydrocarbons contamination.

I attended with “WIPCO Company, the subcontractor of Samsung Engineering” the scanning
