- Promoted and relocated to factory in Oman in November 2018 to manage all operation activities. Achieved yearly sales target of 2019 by end of Q2.
- Expanded market reach by introducing and qualifying two new products to the Oman factory.
- Created production reporting and planning tool streamlining inter-company and client communication, leading to improved customer satisfaction, increasing from 75% in 2018 to 95% in 2019

- Created and led implementation of standard operating procedures and step by step manufacturing instructions resulting in efficient and repeatable quality in customer products for the Complex Cable Group and Mighty Mouse department. Operating procedures changed production culture, growing the Complex
Cable Group from $1.5 million to $3 million of sales a month.
- Cooperated with Sales Team, Design Engineer, and vendors to discuss pre-sale analysis then execute
fabrication of harnesses; comprised of, amongst other things, initiating bill of materials and acquiring new machinery.
- Mentored newly hired Engineers for the Complex Cable Group, generating a one-month training schedule employed company wide in harness departments. Four trainees later lead similar departmental changes.

- Managed jobs requiring rendering, the process of adding visual effects to scenes, during the night time,
Promoted to daytime duties in 5 months, charged with higher priority jobs.
- Supported the Zoic IT Department.

- Assisted Head Architect Gerrard Jazzar in drafting new infrastructure layouts using AutoCad. Digitalized and archived passed projects.
