Responsible for site build-outs of warehouse facilities and new business development for production chemicals. Extensive work history with Flow back/Produced Water in conjunction with water clean-up. Mud/Solids control analysis, and drilling mud recommendations. Extensive work in S. Texas with trucking and transportation of production fluids, tote transfers, water hauling. Served as drilling fluids Engineer for Water/Oil Based Drilling Fluid’s in area drilling for natural gas. Duties included overseeing daily reports, service/on-site technical advice. Experienced with various shale plays. serviced the operators representatives at rig site on best drill wells with references to formation types and type of fluid design. worked as team with well engineers of operators at rig site on well control situations and maintain wellbore stability.

Oversee day to day activities for Completion and Drilling Fluid Operations and Business Development. Manage with warehouse personnel, and send staff for the rigs site. Report directly to Team leader, and provide recommendations for business development and Operational activities on the rig site for logistics; trucking; OSHA/safety; Management. Provide technical expertise on drilling locations for drill-fluid. Supervised MI and Baroid mud services in maintaining mud parameters and chemical management. Manage and control all facility operating costs.
Designed and wrote drilling fluids programs, posted all well recaps and summaries for ADCO operator with several drilling fluids systems.
