- Coordinate with the Engineering, Construction and Procurement departments and propose solutions to cost and planning problems to mitigate delays, execute the project efficiently within budget and on schedule
- Monitor the performance of sub-contractors, chair weekly progress meetings to review the project status, monitor the progress, solve the pending issues, prepare the progress and performance reports
- Develop the project budget, prepare the cost reports and, forecast cost at completion
