• Handling detailed technical coordination with all concerned parties and detailed supervision of all construction activities
• Maintaining project logistics plus monitoring the schedule of works and material deliveries for each trade
• Implementing QA/QC, safety and cleanliness company policies
• Establishing the anticipated 4 week look ahead program to stay on track and finalize the project within the given time period

• Managing day-to-day operations and staff and providing the site with schedule of activities that should be carried out on daily basis
• Coordinating with subcontractors, planning engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure that the work is in accordance with the quality and safety standards and to monitor the progress of activities against planned schedules
• Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy and preparing daily and weekly reports as required plus established RFI’s
