Making tender time schedule using primavera P6, creating alternate schedule document -spread sheets with activities, dates and duration.
Baseline creating using the BOQ and the approved drawings.
Weekly updating of the baselines and reports.
Monitoring the work process and critical path of activities, predicting possible delays to avoid them.
