Managing operations for 15+ facilities and showrooms across the organization.
• Support the Shared Services & Business Development Director with ongoing updates, operational insights, and strategic recommendations to enhance facilities performance.
• Lead and deliver renovation and upgrade projects across all company sites, coordinating with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
• Prepare and present improvement proposals and facility enhancement plans to senior management.
• Oversee all soft services including cleaning, teaboys, landscaping, and internal planting across multi-site operations.
• Supervise and manage cleaning teams and teaboys across all locations, ensuring quality service standards are consistently maintained.
• Plan and deliver safety and first-aid training programs to strengthen compliance and staff awareness.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and first-aid regulations across all facilities.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues promptly while coordinating larger MEP/civil tasks with relevant departments.
• Support company sustainability initiatives by monitoring energy usage and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Manage vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance to ensure quality delivery and cost control.
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and schedules for maintenance, soft services, and renovation activities.

Public Authority for Applied Education & Training (PAAET) with a total of four projects above 60 Million KD.

1- Work as a Project Engineer / Civil Engineer in the construction management field for four projects.

2- Direct report to the executive manager.

3- Look over the engineering process, and review technical submittals as well as both technical data and inspection sheets.

4- Oversee day-to-day progress and inspection of all MEP & Civil works at the site.

5- Coordinate with main contractors and subcontractors for procurement activities. Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment necessary for construction.

6- Assist in the preparation and coordination of weekly and monthly progress meetings and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.

7- Address technical and logistical challenges that arise during construction. Work closely with the project team to find practical solutions to issues.

8- Continually monitor project cost, maintain a sound understanding of the financial position, and recommend progress payments for completed work on projects inspecting.

9- Assisting potential risks, materials, and costs.

10- Inspect numerous phases of construction relating to structural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and regulations.

11- Coordinate with other departments to schedule and implement maintenance activities.

12- Take responsibility for personal safe working practices. Prepare daily safety reports and ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.

13- Work on finalizing the project documents as snag lists, sepia drawings, operations & manuals, and warranties.

14- Preparation of monthly report/progress report.

Project & Healthcare Management Services for the expansion of Al-Farwaniya Hospital with total projects above 260 Million KD.

1- Oversee construction works being completed on site.

2- Regularly coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors.

3- Regularly check the progress of work according to schedule.

4- Work on a schedule that summarizes all the architectural materials, transmittals, specifications, contractors/subcontractors, and manufacturers.

5-Work on finalizing the project documents such as snag lists, sepia drawings, operations & manuals, and warranties.

6- Coordinate with other departments to schedule and implement maintenance activities.

7-Conduct an on-site investigation and analyze data.

8- Preparation of monthly report/progress report.

1- Oversee day-to-day civil works on site.

2- Utilize Etabs and Autocad programs.

3- Prepare drawings, reports, and specifications.

4- Create Client-specific engineering design drawings ranging from new designs to as-built modifications.
