• Manage a team of 7 recruiters that handle the recruitment operations in Lebanon and across 5 other countries (Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, and Oman)
• Work along with Hiring Managers and Business Partners and collaborated with HR Talent Acquisition Team to create the job posting for various positions and implement different recruiting strategies.
