Accountant in Management Information System section at Alexandria Fiber Company which is an Indo-Egyptian joint venture of Aditya Birla Group.
Responsibilities:
Preparing monthly sales report, its margin and variance analysis.
Preparing monthly local and export sales contribution margin report.
Preparing Raw Materials, Utility and Packing Materials consumption monthly and year to date.
Coordinating with other sections in monthly closing and Helping in making the accruals required and WIP entries for the month.
Preparing payroll for expat employees.
Booking of entries related to allowances given to expat employees based on their policy and presented documents.
Cash entries booking and assigning to the proper G/L accounts.
Participating in other monthly required reports for making variance analysis and other analysis for financial statements for identifying the performance.
Participating in the preparation of yearly Budget, (only assembling data received from the Management).
Participating in quarterly audit requirements.
Worked for a week in the treasury.
