Currently working with M.H Alshaya Central Marketing team as Digital Product/Project Development Manager for Alshaya Loyalty Apps and other upcoming Mobile Apps, Mobile sites, E-commerce sites and Omni-Channel communication products
Key performance areas include but not limited to;
Product development / Project management:
►Product owner and project manager for company’s loyalty program “Privileges Club” Mobile Apps + Website
►Project consultant for (MSR) My Starbucks Rewards, food delivery and restaurant Apps, UI/UX consultant for all upcoming e-commerce websites and Mobile Applications
►Project initiator and Project Manager for new digital techs e.g. beacons, smart watches, social screens and interactive digital screens (virtual changing rooms/magic mirrors/digital catalogs etc.)
►Project scoping, planning, management, testing and delivery on agreed time, costs and the high standards that the Alshaya business and their host brands expect.
New technology & innovation:
►Monitor new technologies across the digital and smart phone space seeking out relevant applications and devices that are most appropriate for adaption and usage in a FMCG retail environment; measuring the feasibility and cost of new technologies.
►Review and recommend for upgrade all existing technologies and platforms in the Alshaya digital space
►Supporting digital & social media teams with new products for Social Media monitoring & campaigns management

Duties & Responsibilities;
Project management:
►Managing the entire scope of a project, from prioritization till testing & delivery
►Responsible for getting to the crux of our clients’ needs, creating water-tight project plans and ensuring exemplary delivery on time and within budget, also in charge of ensuring compliance with applicable policies and all legal or regulatory requirements
►Ensuring the adoption of best-practice project management tools, processes and techniques
►Identifying and quantifying external risks affecting the project implementation
►Accurately tracking activities against the detailed project plans and assuring on time delivery as per the agreed scope
Digital accounts management:
►Conducting IBA (Internet Business Analysis) for the prospects / clients to provide insights of their current online market position at the four cores of digital marketing (Site/Search/Social and Mobile)
►Making strategic plan with the clients for their Online Marketing according to their targets and budget for Design & Development of new Websites/mobile sites, SEO, PPC/CPM, Social Media advertising & management and Mobile marketing
►Buying Cost effective and quality digital media solutions, corresponding with clients and production centers, managing the agencies / vendors and in house technical team for digital projects
Business Development Manager
