-Leading and guiding a team of sales executives, account managers&sales manager from 16 salesmen upto 35 and maintaining relationships with external business customers
-Developing and maintaining good relationships with internal departments-Work in conjunction with the Salesperson and sales manager to confirm the required documents-Entering the complete details for the customer and creating billing account profile, data entry of the service required with its prices.
-Coordinating with other departments by phone as well as emails to process the orders from their queues
-Assist our technicians with the supporting technical solution provided by the pre-sales engineers to perform the installation of service successful.
-Cooperate with finance to solve the pending invoices with collaborating with the salesperson (account manager) as well as customer.
-Handle a high volume of phone calls from current and prospective customers.
-Create orders for updating store records such as stationery, assets, and equipments issued for the company.
-Filing, Documentation and admin work.
-Preparing internal memos for the special requests as well as preparing contracts.
-Checking Kuwait Gazette for tenders
-Making new, extend, amend LG’s upon request from customer, bank or finance.
-Coordinating verbally as well as written with IT to solve the system problem issues
-Coordinating with purchasing to request for the missing or new items as well as to co-operate with IT and finance to add the item to the system
-Participates in taking the approval from the top management to speed up the process.
-Responds to inquiries from customers either by fax, email or phone regarding new service, invoices, and procedures for the media which will be used based on MOC regulations.
-Providing reports for the customer existing services with complete details
-Coordinating with the service suppliers such as Viva, Wataniya, KSE to grant us the required configuration
-Track and monitor all pending jobs and push teams to meet task deadlines and achieve the sales target
-Treating customers in a friendly, professional & helpful manner.
-Providing customers with specific explanation for the feature & benefit of the merchandise in order to meet customer needs & expectations.
-Ensuring all products in specified area is correctly priced and attractive.
-Convincing the customer about the quality & price in order to meet our sales target with additional profit and satisfaction from customer.
-Organizing the displays in most effective & creative style.
-Preparing schedules for shelf fillers.
-Following up the incoming & out coming merchandises
-Reporting total sales for the Sales Branch Manager per a week within an official sales report.
-preparing for events to achieve set goals
-Preparing for Marketing strategy for the products
-Handling local & foreign customer request calls.
-Following up the orders sent by email or fax.
-Preparing Delivery schedule.
-Following up the stock available in the store.
-Organizing the production of the products according to customers daily or monthly requests (individuals as well as companies).
-Preparing the order for the Production Department to manufacture the raw materials of the product.
-Requesting the material suppliers to prepare it for the finishing of the products.
-Inspecting the finished products from the out display including the printing logo details for the company.
-Preparing the Delivery Note with the set price.
-Organizing the foreign deliveries with the transportation & shipment companies.
-Making monthly sales report for different types of items in converting section.
-Preparing booklet including tables as well as charts for 3 months sales of special item for the head office ( Mouasherji Catering Co. )
-Assigning the prices for items in the Delivery Report.
-Entering the details of the item as well as price in the sales invoicing program with reference to the country foreign exchange who requested the order.
-Printing out the invoice attached with papers requested by the customs.
-coordinating with the logistic company to export our products to our Jaber Al-Ali branch as well as to our customers.
-Closing monthly sales for the products attached with reports for all items including the transportation expenses which used to be submitted then to Finance Department.
-Perform direct marketing & sales activities.
-Assisting the customers in selection.
-Convincing the customer on the quality & price.
-Managing the customer influx in the shop.
-Organizing the displays in most effective & creative styles.
-Constantly aware of customers & their needs.
-Main responsibility is to promote the sales.
