Manage, plan, monitor and drive the recruitment plans on the assigned manpower plan.
Implement and execute the full recruitment cycle through complying and adhering to company policies and procedures in recruitment and selection to ensure fulfilling the required number of vacancies to meet standards of quality performance.
Partner with Hiring Managers & HRBP to get a clear view on their strategic and hiring needs
Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
Manage and follow up for the candidate’s transition and On-Boarding process with the On-Boarding team to ensure employee retention and to enhance Panda's image ‘’Employer of Choice’’.
Maximize the candidates’ flow on Panda career page through job posting in order to fulfill the business with the required manpower.
Manage and implement the internal job posting process including posting, candidates screening, interviews, and offering to ensure the quality of the selection criteria as per the internal post guidelines.
Lead and participate in the local hiring campaigns and job fairs and ensure that all the process tasks are implemented correctly in order to meet the target of the campaign of filling the vacant positions with the targeted quality and budget.
Ensure proper implementation of the applications database in order to gather potential candidates for prospective positions in the future.
Manage & maintain an accurate report of recruitment progress updates and the Human Capital analytics
Source potential candidates through online channels (Panda Career page and professional networks: LinkedIn and Bayt.com or Agencies).
Responsible for the hiring of Operations Management :
- Meet with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

- Plan interview and selection procedures, including phone screening calls, person interviews.
- Evaluate resumes, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicited feedback to refine recruiting strategy.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to share reports and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Weekly and monthly reports
* Handling the process of hiring the new joiners in sap system .
*Dealing with insurance company "issuing new cards -canceling-changing class - CCHI".
*Recording all employees’ vacation -vacation balance -absents-deduction “in SAP system.
* Muqeem “issuing " single visas - Multi visas - invitation letter.
* Handling all employees requests “identification letter-loans-salary checking users - POS users” *attending investigations which led to results then apply it.
* Handling some of governmental requests " kafala transfer letters - preparing all the needed Doc's for iqama renewal .
*Registering new employees in GOSI -Removing the resigned and terminated employees from it .
* Handling the monthly attendance reports.
* payroll preparation & data input .
- All resignations to be registered in SAP .
- Record all type of deductions over SAP ( Attendance - other deductions .
* Contact person between Magrabi and SAED Istigdam international co. for all the staff working with our company under their sponsorship .
