Establishing the whole concept from A to Z, (Location, Design, Equipment, Services and rules).
• Responsible for implementing and overseeing rules and protocols for cosmetology and other related services of the salon (Laser, Nails and SPA) .
•Ensuring that interiors of the salon are kept clean and tidy at all times.
•Imparting training and also educating the team members of the cosmetic products and its use.
•Contributing with marketing plan and ideas (opening, promotions and photo sessions)
•Dealing with finance department to always have a positive P&L for the shop by controlling (manpower, assets, rents, products cost and housing).

•Determining staffing requirements of the salon and also taking interview of the candidates thus making sure right candidate is hired.
•If required also perform various tasks like pedicure, manicure hair coloring etc. of clients visiting the salon.
•Obtaining feedback from all the clients and striving for customer satisfaction.
•Keeping financial and other records updated and also looking to generate maximum possible revenue from the salon.
•Formulating marketing strategies in order to attract potential clients by offering discounts/gift voucher in order to increase footfalls of clients in salon.
•Ensuring all the relevant safeguards are in place and all the activities carried out is in compliance with the law of the state.
•Advising customers on the kind of products/cosmetics to be used as per skin requirement.
