This is my current position, where I’m responsible for:

o Working on programmes quality and growth by learning about each INJAZ program and the requirements, where I can ensure a quality implementation.
o Supports the marketing activities in schools, this includes conducting presentations to recruit new schools.
o Follows-up with schools through classroom visits to ensure smooth running of all programs.
o Assures quality of programmes to private sector volunteers and through classroom monitoring.
o Organise and gather required documentation from schools and volunteers (MOU, student attendance, evaluation questionnaire).
o Contributes to the execution of the organizational marketing plan (media communication, brochure, newsletter, website).
o Assists in analysing evaluation questionnaires and organizes regular evaluation midterm sessions with volunteers and schools.

Business Support Analyst في Qatar Foundation

At this is position, I was responsible for:

o Review and analysis of the performance data that has been submitted by the various entities across QF.
o Synthesis of the information that has been provided and interpretation of key findings/ trends/issues.
o Collation of the data into presentable charts and graphs.
o Grouping of data based on the key functional verticals of QF Via Education, Science, Community Development; and any other.
o Conversion of interpretation from the data which will be included in the narratives that form part of the report.
o Advise on any missing but relevant information/ data.
o Support Strategic Planning Directorate P&E team in the collection of such data.
o Liaise and interact with the reporting entities in QF for the collection/ clarification of data, or any other missing information; based on discussion and approval of the Manager Evaluation and Planning.
o Support in proposing the formatting and presentation of the final reports.

UK Education Promotion Manager في British Council - Qatar

o Working on marketing strategy for Education UK.
o Ensuring target audience numbers are reached and demonstrably increased.
o Establishing and marinating a local network of key target education promotion contacts such as agents, school counsellors and career advisors to ensure enhanced marketing of Education UK.
o Dealing with huge number of students who want to study in the UK (Diplomas - undergraduate - postgraduate - PHD - MBA -… etc).
o Giving students advice, solving their problems and ensuing that best services were delivered to them.
o Conducting sessions to schools’ students about studying in the UK and pre-departure briefings.
o Arranging events for our alumni and partners in the field of higher education.
o Maintaining relationship with scholarships’ alumni and make effort to involve them in our programmes/ activities.
o Delivering learning and development programmes to relevant staff and ensuring the effective use of communication.
o Manage the brand to achieve impact, including development of brand campaigns.
o Updating myself about UK Education by attending appropriate events, reading and communicating with colleagues within the region.

Projects Manager في British Council Doha

While working on this challenging position and by covering the project management skills, I was responsible for:

o Supporting the regional project managers on the development of agreed strategies and plans.
o Ensuring that regional and local products and services are delivered within budget, on time, and to agreed quality standards.
o Taking an active role in organising and implementing activities in a professional way.
o Producing projects status and financial reports to management team to agreed standards and deadlines
o Handling all logistical arrangements and social events (including: identifying venues and catering, travel and accommodation arrangements) successfully.
o Preparing press releases for each event and to keep track of all media coverage.
o Approaching educational institutions in order for them to participate in our programmes.
o Developing and maintaining active relationships and network with our resources, partners and stakeholders.
o Managing the database of contacts and sustaining it accurate and up-to-date.
o Ensuring smooth and timely communication with external partners, suppliers and colleagues resulting in successful coordination.
o Monitoring the projects budget and ensuring to get the best value of resources.
o Monitoring the evaluation process for each project by collecting questionnaires and feedback from participants and reporting back to the regional team.
o Supporting the development of a project team with effective knowledge-sharing between the team and with regional colleagues and UK sector team.
o Participating in Business Risk Management meetings according to corporate guidelines.
