Worked on several projects including:
-Vida Hotel, Dubai Marina. Where I developed a site plan for 7 different mass proposals for the hotel, showing the site, integrations with surroundings, entrances, parking location, and visual presentations.
-Creek Harbor, an urban project located in Dubai Creek. Where I developed a section showing the connection and integration of the project with the site, as well as identifying the surroundings.
-Private Villa, Casablanca, Morocco. I developed a design of a Moroccan 7 bedroom villa. The design included Floor plans, Sections, Elevations, and a basic mass proposal.
-Introduced to InDesign, where I had to develop my skills in InDesign within a few weeks to accommodate with the Company's presentation creating program.
Worked on a private residential unit located on the seashore of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The process included:
-Meeting with the Clients to obtain requirements and vision.
-Designing 3 different proposals.
-Eliminating 2 proposals based on the client's decision.
-Developing Floor plans, Sections, Elevations.
-Developing 3 different exterior skin proposals, each with different materials, dimensional aspects for the openings, and style approaches.
-Developing the final product.
-Meeting with the interior designer to assure Exterior/Interior integration.
-Meeting with the contractor and the structural engineer to assure stratifying working drawings according to the original design.
-Submitting all documents.
