Profile Statement or Summary
Prepares and analyzes financial reports, including balance sheets, income and loss statements. Assists with Banking activities like setting up new accounts, adding new signatures, bank reconciling items, etc. Prepares journal entries and reconciliations for monthly general ledger close. Assists in the preparation and distribution of financial statements. Provides assistance to external audit. Assists with special projects assigned by management.

•Strong technical accounting skills.
•Developing and implementing financial systems and controls.
•Facilitation of internal and external auditing procedures.
•Knowledge of accounting regulations and standards.
•Prepare balance sheet analysis including cash and investments, accounts receivable and payables, other receivables, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses and other liabilities.
•Reconcile intercompany accounts.
•Prepare and post various monthly journal entries.
•Ensure accurate and timely monthly close activities.
•Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
•Review and verify accuracy of reported data.
