a- WFCC waterfront city center project
(client : MAF /Majid Al Futtaim).
Type of project: Mall, commercial.
Tasks done :
1-schematic design phase ( delivery of 4 main packages, general false ceiling, general mall circulation tiling, skylights and canopy, Foodcourt Space as a main mall attraction element, inculding Ceiling /Pattern, Tiling Design/ Furniture Layout and Bar Design, typical Details Such as Column cladding design and main furniture elements)
2-detailed design phase ( false ceiling package, balustrades and handrails in details, canopy package, Skylight, )
The delivery of these 2 phases included coordination with client representatives, Mep, external consultants such as lighting designers and false ceilings suppliers.
3- Making SKETCHUP 3D Model of the whole Mall Building, INTERIOR & EXTERIOR for design coordination and analyse.

b- NGFC - National Guard Family Compound - Thuwal -KSA :
-Production of Typical Spaces such as Stairs, in detailed presentation, In alignment with GCC & NFPA Standards.
-Generating Tender DWGS for design phase.

c-Manateq Headquarters (Marabiouna) :
- production of tender and detailed drawings.
-3d modeling and rendering of interior typical spaces.
-Interior details such as light partitions, wood cladding, glass partitions, and false ceiling design and details.

d-Waterfront residential project /Dbayeh Lebanon:
- tender drawings of typical appartments, along with 3d modeling, and procution of preliminary and detail design phases.

Involved in:
1- lighting and false ceiling design,
2-lighting distribution and site supervision.
3-Coping with related lighting design software tools, such as DIALUX, and getting familiar with it productive use on daily basis.
4-Worked in small and large scale projects such as commercial stores and up to residential complexe.
In this short period i have gained experience in lighting design, thinking twice before setting on any choice in the wide variable selection of brands such as SLV, Unilux, going to, Kreon, Baccara lighting, ... always working to reach the client's budget while keeping the esthetics standards high, and respecting the MEP/architectural conditions.
