Act as a brand ambassador by cultivating relationships with new and existing Very Important Clients, demonstrating excellence in selling, service, styling and wardrobing skills. we work closely with all store teams and management and Burberry Private Clients around the world to drive sales and productivity in the store.

• Working closely to support the BPC team in the Middle East region
• Proactively network to identify new local market opportunities
• Creating action plans based on feedback to help develop the in store team
• Executing all sales initiatives driven by the Burberry Private Clients Manager
• Delivering the ‘Burberry Experience’ to the highest standard
• Providing a luxury service experience and demonstrate expertise in styling &
wardrobe.
• Generating and executing group and individual appointments
• Working mostly “by appointment” to provide a personalized service and build
relationships with our top clients to promote loyalty and incremental purchases.
• Creatively generating new business in the stores and increasing our top clients’
sales
-Client Development:
..Working by appointments to provide a personal service and maintain close relationships with all VICs and VVICs in store or off site.
..Proactively clientele and recruit new VICs to build a client book, either in Partnership with sales thereby assisting the growth of their VIC business or in partnership with store manager and Burberry Private Client Manager to attract new VICs through local networking .

-Sales and Services
..Drive and deliver personal sales and KPI targets by cultivating client relationships.
..Execute all sales initiatives driven by the Burberry Private Clients Managers.
..Maintain service and standards at all times
..Provide a luxury experience, demonstrating expertise in styling and wardrobing for all occasions.
..Support and lead by example at in-store events in order to cultivate relationships and drive sales.
..Collaborating with marketing team and visual merchandising team, and providing the weekly feedbacks and reports .
..Lead the sales team and asissting in the in-store trainings, to provide our clients with Luxury experience on the highest level.
..Organising the in-store events.
..Proactive in generating and executing group appointments.
..Efficient in follow-up and all after-sales service with customers.

-Internat Partnerships.
..Develop internal relationships to drive client development in store by partnering with other sales associates across all departments.
..Share client feedback and sales opportunities with line managers and Burberry Private Clients Manager.
..Share best practices and knowledge with Burberry Private Client Global team.

• Familiarize new employees with valuable information about clients’ purchasing trends, habits and preferences
• Conduct modest level orientations to staff about new trends and fashion designers in the industry after conducting thorough research
