-Responsible for reviewing and giving legal advice on commercial contracts which includes but not
limited to settlement agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, proposals, leasing agreements, and tenancy contracts.
-Primarily involved in leasing which includes receiving commercial instructions, assisting in drafting, negotiating and reviewing leases, and amendments to leases.
-Assisting in finalising settlement agreements and addendum agreements to sale and purchase agreements.
-Providing support and legal advice to the Customer Services team and the leasing teams of Dubai Properties Group.
-Responsible for the provision of legal opinions according to UAE law and which includes advising client's on termination provisions, their legal position and options available. Also responsible for reviewing tenancy and lease agreements and advising clients on the same.
-In addition, act as the case manager for the arbitration files; ensuring all deadlines are met, dealing with procedural matters and communicating regularly with DIAC.
Promoted from Assistant Solicitor to Partner on Nov 2007. Responsible for the leadership of the property business, encompassing the drafting and approval of leases and contracts, completing leases, purchases or sales and exchange of contracts.
-Provided legal advice and representation in a number of different fields, including personal injury, conveyancing, housing, family and childcare
-Responsible for the management of conveyancing transactions including shared ownership Leases and Lease extensions. Also responsible for a Wills and Probate caseload; drafting Wills, obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration together with the Administration of estates.
