• Delivering results and meet customer expectations
• Construction Implementation of different type of telecom towers including Lattice towers (Self-support), monopole, light pole, mosaic, RDS Tower, RDS Monopole, RDU, RDV, PRT/NPT (Roof top).
• Reinforced concrete work for Tower Foundation, Columns, Shelter & Genset Foundation & Fence installation
• Cost Control & Cost Estimation for new site and other
• Track contractor’s performance, ensure that the work is implemented within agreed timelines and in accordance with Customer’s approved design/scope of work.
• Communicate with internal & External stakeholders including customer, prepare and share progress reports and to update database
• Ensure that acceptance and handover to operation is completed within agreed time frame and recode is updates and documented.
• Conducts site inspection for the reported completed sites RT or GF ready for (RFI) Telecom installations on site and through Web/application-based portal.
• Development and implantation of project inspection test plans
• Construction of Communication Tower Construction Structure.
• Carryout all necessary Concrete & Other test on site including Slump, Compaction and other related test.
• Verify Deliverable as per client Requirement.
• Ensuring contractual requirements are met during the construction phase.
• Prepare & Communicate project plan to the client, project team and Client Services Management.
• Manage Client Expectation and ensure implementation is with the agreed scope & Timeframe.
• Plan, Manage & maximize utilization of project resources.
• Coordinating all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
• Coordinating as may be required with client on all specialist participation related to the final acceptance of the works in readiness for fit-out and operation of the project.
• Participate in site Coordination, Staking and Construction meetings as required.
• Implementation of Quality work based on the approved construction drawings and Standards including project. documentation.
• Responsible in conducting & preparing inspection report including observation & recommendation.
• To ensure, Engineering Standard requirements has been followed and implemented during construction.
• Attending weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site as required. Review the contractor's progress.
• Assist customers through the implementation process
• Monitoring of new site built including but not limited to verifying drawings.
• Providing technical solution of problems in line of site built.
• Responsible for quality assurance / preparing quality reports
• Making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedures;
• Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines;
• Preforming Pre-PAT, PAT & Site Handover as per client request
• Rewriting or modifying processes to ensure all aspects of the service run smoothly and to schedule
• Maintain detailed and accurate project records including data, documentation, and progress reports
The responsibilities include but not limited to,

• Excavation, Back-filling, Blinding Concrete Reinforcement, structures
• Conducts site inspection for the reported completed sites RT or GF ready for (RFI) Telecom installations
• Construction of Communication Tower Construction Structure.
• Carryout all necessary Concrete & Other test on site including Slump, Compaction and other related test.
• Verify Deliverable as per client Requirement.
• Timely arrange all Material at site to avoid any delay in schedule
• Site Leveling as per drawings.
• Prepare & Communicate project plan to the client, project team and Client Services Management.
• Manage Client Expectation and ensure implementation is with the agreed scope & Timeframe.
• Plan, Manage & maximize utilization of project resources.
• Coordinating all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.

The responsibilities include but not limited to,
• Checking site progress reported under construction at Rooftops and Greenfields and Out Side Plant (OSP) Sites.
• Conducts site inspection for the reported completed sites RT or GF ready for (RFI) Telecom installations
• Structural site designs
• Foundation works of rooftop and Ground base tower along with shelter and DG foundations
• Peripheral works like boundary wall, fencing works, access road, etc.
• Coordinating all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
• Coordinating as may be required with client on all specialist participation related to the final acceptance of the works in readiness for fit-out and operation of the project.
• Supervised and monitored OFC laying work done by the contractors, upon installation, duct integrity testing (DIT), splicing, termination, labeling of fiber optic cables and testing of OTDR and POWER Meter Test Result base on the standard requirement.
• Conduct inspection on site for OSP (Outside Plant) work, excavation, trenching, installation of fiber optic cables, backfilling and manholes according to standard Requirements.
• Participate in site Coordination, Staking and Construction meetings as required.
• Implementation of Quality work based on the approved construction drawings and Standards including project. documentation.
• Responsible in conducting & preparing inspection report including observation & recommendation.

•Provision of Technical Site Survey (Multi-skilled Site Visit)
•Checking site progress reported under construction at Rooftops and Greenfields.
•Conducts site inspection for the reported completed sites RT or GF ready for Telecom installations
•Structural site designs
•Foundation works of rooftop and Ground base tower along with shelter and DG foundations
•Peripheral works like boundary wall, fencing works, access road, etc.
•Coordinating all aspects of submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
•Coordinating as may be required with client on all specialist participation related to the final acceptance of the works in readiness for fit-out and operation of the project.
•Assisting client in all aspects of the final acceptance of the work and close -out of all applicable contracts related to the same.
•Assisting with preparation and transmittal of site directions and instructions in conjunction with the CM/supervision consultant.
•Coordinating with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Carry out other tasks as may be assigned to you with your expertise from time to time.
•Develop and maintain relationships with clients, customers, utility representatives, and contractors
•Stay abreast of relevant industry developments and technology advancements
