Training from Pakarab Fertilizer and Fatima Fertilizer Company Ltd (Pakistan) as Instrument & control Technician. After completion of
Training, work as permanent staff in position "Maintenance
Technician Instrument & Control".
Responsibilities.
In Fatima Fertilizer company, Pakistan
• Involved in construction, commissioning & startups of Gas & Steam Turbine, Boilers, water treatments plant, vibration-monitoring system Bentley Nevada 3500.
• Calibration, loop& functional test of all field instruments connected to PLC or DCS system.
• Facing of plants startup issues, fault finding and troubleshooting of critical loops etc.
• Troubleshooting, Corrective and preventive maintenance of field instrument. In Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO), Oman
• Leading the Field Automation & Production Measurements (SCADA) team, doing the work
myself by hand in field and providing Technical support for maintenance, troubleshooting and critical activities inside the Stations and wells side.
• Involving in commissioning & startups and Troubleshooting of Gas, Oil and water producer wells, water injection, self-flow wells and Beam pumps.
• Troubleshooting, Corrective & Preventive maintenance and attending the complaints of all stations and wellhead sides field instruments.
• SAP work (Planning the activities, estimation cost, work duration, activities history, closing WOs) and preparing the work packs.
• Attending the meetings for new projects, technical discussions, Daily activities plan, follow
ups, collaborative work with different department's heads & different companies etc.
• Preparing the configuration files for Remote Terminal units (RTU) to control, safety protections and monitoring of wells, MSV skids, well testing units and new projects.
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, resolving Remote areas communication and data
transferring problem with SCADA systems.(OPC, Nibras, LOWIS and field ware etc).
• Finding the root cause & diagnose the facts of emergencies, mitigations, preparing safety procedures for work, Maintenance planes, resource managing for Automation, Metering and instrument activities in wells and stations sides.
• Preparing the documents, Reports, keep records for internal and 3rd parties audits and
completing the audit actions by following standards.
