• Collaborating closely with UAE & KSA HR Business Partners to provide support across a variety of HR processes including but not limited to complex nonstandard Workday reports, HR induction sessions and cross legacy transfers.
• Managing the full cycle of new hires on-boarding process such as reviewing the hiring documents, creating Workday profiles, and creating new hire announcements.
• Conducting HR orientation sessions for new hires to explain HR policies and procedures and provide full guidance to new joiners.
• Managing the off-boarding process of terminated employees (voluntary-Involuntary) including exit interviews, clearance checklist, and end of service rewards.
• Supporting internal and external audit and completing ad-hoc Audit related tasks.
• Handling employees’ HR related queries through ServiceNow and escalating to the HR business partner when needed.
• Managing KSA monthly payroll cycles including in-advance payments, bonuses, stocks percentages, schooling system and employees’ payroll related requests.
• Reviewing HR letters created by AskHR team including promotion letters, salary certificates, internship agreements and new hire contracts.
