1. Skillfully manage the conducting of needs analysis or the received one so the design, development, delivery and evaluation of training curriculums are accurate.
2. Effectively manage the use of trend analysis and root-cause methodology (if applicable/requested) so the correct solutions for closing skill and service gaps are achieved.
3. Effectively negotiate with training providers to supply the required training in compliance with set objectives and reach an agreement on development content.
4. Setting the price of the development programs in match with the preset GP quota identified.
5. Managing the logistics and coordination of the delivered programs :
• Announcing for the upcoming development programs and maintaining the convenient number of audience that satisfies the target revenue.
• Managing the reservation, catering and payment procedures to the training provider.
6. Reporting to concerned parties the benefits and drawbacks of the program goals yielded from the evaluation sheets in addition to corrective action plan.
7. Effectively access and use historical data to improve training measurement and results.
8. Solicit and react to client feedback on workforce proficiency levels and behaviors so that every effort is made to assist clients obtain their business goals.

As Head of Recruitment I was o Maintain data on recruitment activities; databank system, applicant flow, interviews, hires and internal & international transfers.
o Screening applicants and scheduling for interviews.
o Assist in organizing and attending career days, employment fairs and various other events.
o Browse the online recruitment services; searching for good calibers, posting vacancies….etc
o Coordinate off-site recruitment programs, administer recruitment campaign.
o Assist in development of recruitment and promotional materials, such as letters and flyers…etc
o Administer Regret & Thank you letters
o Maintain recruitment filling system
o Assist in the preparation of Job Descriptions.
o Contract offline recruitment agencies for new contracts or requests for recruiting
