Daily Attendance recording procedure ( In/Out )
Monitoring over all activities related to the personnel department. .
To ensure compliance of statutory audit related to pessi, eobi .
Liaison with HR department.
To control the complete process of appointment till full and final settlement.
Ensure correctness of attendance as per approved sanctioned strength
To Carry out the activities of daily & monthly turnover
Daily Checking of attendance cards of all shifts through time management system(TMS)
Checking monthly absentee and present report, weekly rest days, analyzing over time report and prepare reports/sheets
To register the employees in the TMS on the basis of employees code already issued as per ER procedure
Supervise in maintain attendance and overtime report
Checking of daily attendance as per approved sanctioned strength
Ensure registration of all the employees data in hand punch machine
Attendance posting in time management system and mark absentees and rest days and prepare over time report.
To downloads the attendance data within one our in the form of a text file from the time machine
To save the test file a particular folders as mention
