-Support the CAMEALEON activities according to strategy, proposals, budgets and plans

-Organize and conduct monitoring visits with sampled beneficiaries;
-Conduct participatory monitoring activities through household interviews, FGDs, and community visits;
-Provide regular written feedback on field observations and monitoring findings to the Field Research Coordinator;
-Ensure accurate and verbatim data collection and recording entry, cleaning, compilation and circulation of notes;
-Ensure monitoring schedule, data collection targets, and reporting deadlines are adhered to;
-Identify and refer individuals with special needs, protection concerns according to inter-agency procedures;
Prepare periodic monitoring reports (as required)
Enhance monitoring of program outputs and quality, generate quality evidence on program impact and promote and ensure use of data for decision-making processes;
Ability to conduct Baselines, Endlines, KAP Surveys and produce regular and monthly reports
Develop and adapt weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reporting tools and provide support to Field Officer
Conduct regular field visits to project sites different stakeholders for monitoring and follow-up
Ability to coordinate monitoring activities with partners
Provide regular updates and analysis of data to the Project Manager and M&E Coordinator to assess progress and suggest adaptations of the project
Respond to donor queries on metrics reached and other quantitative indicators
Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of information
Work with Program teams to integrate M&E into ongoing program planning and implementation systems and ensure adherence to Mercy Corps M&E minimum standards;
Contribute to understanding of and support for mobile data collection hardware and software;
Develop a monitoring plan for each program and conduct regular monitoring visits to the different programs;
Develop and manage program databases to facilitate timely information updates, data quality assurance, sharing of information and learning, etc.;
Write up beneficiary stories from the field.
Support program teams in data collection and data analysis;
Coordinate with program teams to review indicator updates on a monthly basis. Generate data reports (tables/graphs/reports) from the program databases at regular intervals, ensuring reports/information are available for program implementation staff as required. Facilitate data analysis with program implementation team as requested
Ability to transform data collected from the field into knowledge that translates into actions
Review or edit data in reports as requested and required;
Produce analytical summaries: graphs, charts, tables, narratives and appealing visuals, as requested, to fulfill internal and external reporting requirements;
Other tasks as required.
Build the capacity of all relevant team members to develop and maintain a robust M&E system;
Build the capacity of local partners in the area of M&E and reporting;
Adapt existing protocols and plans to mentor and coach colleagues to build their capacity to enable them to develop high quality reports.
Coordinate with the team in the office to build systems that promote beneficiary accountability by ensuring that communities participate in initial assessments and program design;
Coordinate with program teams to ensure that communities are informed about our programs and what we do, are aware of their entitlements, are comfortable to give feedback and that feedback is used to improve the quality of our programs;
Conduct himself/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to Mercy Corps and to not jeopardize its humanitarian mission.
• Optimize database design/schemas to meet continuously changing project needs.
• Operate and maintain the database, creating tables/queries/report templates for ad-hoc assessments and data collection exercises and needs related with flow meter/GPS devices data collection.
• Operate the database for data input including data upload from MEAL and WASH data collection devices (tablets)Entering data coming from the staff working in the field.
• Data cleaning, analysis and reporting.
• Produce statistical analysis for collected data.
• Compare data collected from devices with monitoring sheets, consolidating information.
• Systematize, correct and timely computerize the data collected from the field, including Monitoring Sheets and data from GPS/Flowmeter devices.
• Systematize the recurrent (weekly, monthly) data reports are timely produced for the project teams.
• Support the MEAL Manager and WASH HoP on data analysis.
• Provide IM services to GVC staff including development of tools for data collection, collation, analysis, dissemination and activities monitoring and map production
• Develop databases for each specific activity of GVC projects, including assessments, surveys, monitoring, reporting
• Entering data coming from the staff working in the field.
• Update ‘Activity Info’ and ‘RAIS’.
• Support for developing proper communication tools for GVC activities;
• Support the Logistician for maintenance of all GVC informatics assets
• Programming and Maintaining the current operative Tracking solution
• Also hold the role of the Junior Sales Engineer to which potential clients call inquire and determine the needs of the tracking solution.
• Program Tracking Android App Discoveryrack Tracking App to view an assets track in addition to a mobile tracking app.
• Occupied role of Project Manger in liaison with several clients.
