1. Man-power planning as per Management requirements, Conducting interviews, Joining of employees.
2. Looking after Daily Attendance Leaves Administration/Absenteeism/Late Coming etc.
3. Ensure that each employee is forwarding his daily work report.
4. Consult with the HOD/ Manager for the requirement of manpower with prior planning.
6. Maintaining employees’ files and all necessary records and documents.
5. Giving induction training to the newly joined employee about organization structure, business, history, future plans, rules and regulations for day-to-day working.
6. Observe the working culture & behavior of every employee and inform it to the management for the better guidance to improve the quality of service individually.
7. Maintain the office tidiness regularly.
8. Issuing HR related Letters/ Circular/ Notice/ Memo etc. time to time.
9. Handling company security system and planning.
10. Employee welfare and daily & General Office Administration.
11. Reporting to Manger regarding Daily works.
12. Updating reports accurately daily, weekly and monthly and give progress to seniors / Management.
