Creation and development of the overall application database, ensuring constant updating
Establishing cohesive relationships with all CDSW (Community Development Social Workers) under the
Program and all suppliers in the manufacturing field of prosthetic/orthotic devices/sensory appliances.
Reviewing all applications arriving at our office to ensure the inclusion of all relevant documents for further process
Preparing monthly reports including quantified budget and applications figures
Visiting beneficiaries in different camps to ensure the delivery of their devices and their satisfaction
Visiting companies and auditing accounts through
reviewing different type of vouchers and cheques.
Preparing trial balances and other important financial statements
Preparing and reviewing reports issued stating the financial position of the audited firm by the auditor
Assist project managers in following up on the projects and other various tasks
Follow on Donor/Unit/DUAL meetings
Finance officer assistant (support to IS and under her supervision for financial related tasks)
Update & monitor DRU Project/Visibility matrix
Prepared Donor weekly update on major UNRWA operations in Lebanon field
Contacted registered applicants in the Employment Service Center (ESC)
Filled out survey about experience with the ESC
Analyzed the results and edited the survey
Organized a sample list of all the jobseekers in different ESC areas
" Filled out loans (personal, car, etc.) and internet banking car applications with clients
" Assisted customers with customer service survey
" Opened new customer bank accounts
" Contacted customers for upcoming and late loan due payments
" Collected data about recent IPO (Initial Public Offering) prospectuses
" Organized data about beneficially owned shares & transactions.
" Became familiar with main Lebanese corporate forms
" Filled out end of year balance sheets
- Graduated with distinction from the Economics class. - Received a medal for gentleness at one of the school ceremonies( Student Life Award)
