• Understanding the scope of work and prepare both tender and master schedules using Primavera P6, to develops the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and baseline budgets, in coordination with the Project Manager. • Using the Primavera P6 to present a logical baseline program, with resource loading, cost loading, and S-curve cash flow to give an adequate perspective on how the monthly cash flow should be.
