SUPPLY CHAIN - SUPPORT MANGER
• Supply chain management encompasses the planning and management of all activities involved in sourcing and procurement, conversion, and all logistics management activities
2) SALE SUPPORT TEAM LEADER:
• Responsible for ensuring that the Sales & Marketing departments have the tools, resources, and systems they need to achieve current and future sales revenue targets.
• Analyze Business Processes - and collaborate with Senior Account Managers, Sales & Marketing Directors, Technical Support, and Operations to identify opportunities to streamline processes, and measure results of activities.
• Goal of effectively maintaining customer satisfaction by establishing rapport with customers and others who are in a position to help meet customer needs

TECHNICAL & PROCURMENT MANAGER
• Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
• Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms
• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
• Finalize details of orders and deliveries
• Anticipate unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
• Perform risk management regarding supply contracts and agreements
• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
• Technical Materials submission for (civil, electrical & mechanical materials)
• Tenders costing for (Civil &MEP works)
• Materials storage management system.

SITE ENGINEER:
• Stay on Budget: One important objective of the project should be to stay on budget. Every project should have a specific budget assigned. The project manager must keep track of project costs, and make adjustments as necessary to avoid going over budget. Typical costs include resources such as team members, supplies, materials and equipment, depending on the nature of the project.
Additional costs might include travel and other administrative expenses.
• Finish On-Time: Another objective should be to bring the project to completion on time.
