Quality control & In charge of the implementation of ISO 22000 system in the main kitchen
Raw material receiving & monitoring + storing according to FIFO
Filling the daily checklists (employees’ hygiene, Cleaning and sanitation checklist, line inspection + non conformities, temperatures’ checklist, calibration of weighing scales and thermometers,
Monitoring the CCPs and OPRPs with corrective action in case of deviation
Checking client boxes on the line to assure all items are conform before reaching the customers
Responsible of handing out raw materials from the store and filling the in/out sheets for the purchasing department
Everyday inspection on all expiry dates in all sections + dry store + fridges and freezers (end products & raw materials)
Handling customer complaints when occurred + non conformity investigation + corrective & preventive action
Assisting with the preparation of HACCP plans & flow diagrams for all current items + new items,
Communication with the management and staff regarding the requirements of the ISO 22 000 (infrastructure, kitchen tools and equipments, etc.).
Attend food safety team meetings every month to discuss all problems/solutions and ways to improve
Assist in conducting internal audits to management and filing the reports to the FSTL.
