• Knowledge of industrial codes (ASME, ANSI).
• Design Preventive Maintenance Programs for all critical items of machinery and equipment and lubrication programs for all plant machinery.
• Responsible for the implementation of these programs, monitoring the effectiveness of the program, and making modifications as necessary.
• Prepare and assist the planning team on work orders relating to approved preventive maintenance programs, together with the related checklists, instruction sheets, and other material defining the work to be done, the frequency of execution, and, where pertinent, the sequence of steps to be followed.
• Perform analyses of pertinent management information reports and equipment histories for the purpose of identifying items of machinery and rotating equipment with high maintenance costs or with lubrication problems and makes recommendations for corrective action.
• Follow through to see that corrective actions are implemented on efficient and effective timelines.
• Safely perform overhaul and maintenance of rotating equipment such as centrifugal pumps (FLOWSERVE, ENSIVAL MORET, GE NUOVO PIGNONE), gas compressors (GE NUOVO PIGNONE, SIAD COMPRESSOR), rotary blowers, fin fan coolers, and allied items.
• Lead and fully involve in maintenance or engineering activities on rotating equipment in accordance with company's policies, procedures, and engineering practices; in order to achieve mechanical equipment reliability and availability to meet plant production targets and HSE requirements.
• Performed maintenance activities on Static equipment such as Valves, Heat Exchanger, Piping, etc.
• Assist the Shutdown Engineer with pre-planning of all planned turnarounds, shutdowns, and special projects including timing, accumulation of job lists, ordering of parts and materials, sequencing of jobs around a critical path, sizing of work crews based on job estimation, and preparation of an overall schedule.
• Carry out pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and engineering practices.
• Involve in the final inspection of rotating equipment installation, box-up of equipment, alignment, solo run, and final operational test run for rotating equipment.
• Raising and clearing punch lists during commissioning activities.
• Carry out safety walk down and handover walk down.
• Generating Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for mechanical activities.
• Assist Sr. Mechanical Engineer to develop & auditing SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Records).
- Assist and support the Commissioning Mechanical Leader in supervising the NWHP (batch#2) EPCIC Contractors activities linked to the Commissioning of the 2 new well head platforms, 2 New Jackets and 2 New Bridges in both preparation and execution.
- To witness and/or verify all Mechanical system completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor including approval of punch lists.
- To supervise all Mechanical pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for assigned sub-systems. This includes preparatory activities, coordinating resources (technicians, equipment, other departments), expediting documentation - in particular handover dossiers, attending walk-downs from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to operations and formally agreeing and categorizing punch-list items.
- To assist and control the vendor support required for the assigned systems.
- To assist his discipline leader to follow closely the commissioning of systems/subsystems assigned in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule, coordinating the various disciplines, and ensuring all disciplines reach assigned targets as per system completion schedule.
- To compile relevant documentation to support handover and acceptance of systems to Operations.
- To ensure that the Mechanical content of the dossiers is accurate and complete before they are accepted from construction, commissioning and before approval by operations department.
- To supervise Mechanical system activities (SAT, FTS, OTPs) performed by the Commissioning Contractor including approval of punch lists ACTIVITIESEPCIC COMMISSIONING PREPARATION PHASE
- Coordinate with other project entities / disciplines /existing facilities.
- Ensure that the Mechanical commissioning tools are available and well maintain.EPCIC COMMISSIONING EXECUTION PHASE.
- Follow the contractor’s Mechanical commissioning activities using the OPERCOM® Methodology and ICAPS© (Integrated Commissioning And Progress System) software.
- Follow the execution of Mechanical commissioning activities.
- Supervise the reporting of commissioning execution.
- Follow-up on red line mark-up drawings.
- Follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents update, Closing of Punch list, reporting)

Generator Cummins KTA 50, Favelle Favco Pedestal Cranes, condensate export pumps, various diesel engines applied for power generation and fire pumps, various general centrifugal and reciprocating pumps and compressors, aero fin fan cooler
for gas and other cooling application, various type and class of valves and fire water network.

-Diagnose/analyze and carry out various mechanical corrective action.
-Assist foreman to lead technicians performing major mechanical repair and overhaul.
-Record and report intervention activities and data including vibration on intervention files.
-Propose repair and overhaul procedures.
-Follow up all maintenance/intervention fault findings.
-Perform the jobs related to mechanical maintenance in respect the HSE policies and procedures.
-Check all mechanical activities are complied with TOTAL HSE policies.
-Check workplace safely with out risk, aware of HSE measures and requirement.
-Report any anomalies that may affect to environmental aspect.
-Contribute to maintain safety integrated of whole plant by reporting substandard condition of equipment and propose solution.
